LAM International seeks English-speaking registered nurses who wish to work as nurses in the USA

LAM will guide you through the immigration process using our experienced immigration attorneys. We will work with you to prepare and process your I-140 petition and VisaScreen as well as preparing you for your interview at the US embassy prior to obtaining your Green Card.

LAM will provide the training required to enable you to pass the certification exams required for employment in the US, including CGFNS, NCLEX-RN and TOEFL. LAM will recommend educational services to help the candidate prepare for and pass these exams and ensure that you meet the necessary certifications prior to placement with a specific hospital.

LAM will connect you to the best employers in the location of your choice to advance your nursing career in the USA. You will be offered full-time positions under contract at a salary based on experience and level of specialization.

LAM will coordinate the details of your move to the USA to ensure a smooth transition to your new city. Travel expenses and examination fees will be paid by LAM. The only cost to the candidate will be for copies of diplomas, credentials and documents.

Contract — Prior to processing your application and beginning the training process, each candidate must sign a contract with LAM stating that he/she will work with us towards passing the exams, if required, and completing the application process, after which they will sign an employment contract with the U.S. employer.

Salary expectations — U.S. nursing salaries typically range from about $18 to $28 an hour, depending on location, shifts, experience and specialty. Exact salaries will vary.

Time — The complete immigration process will range from 6 to 24 months, depending on the exam and immigration requirements and schedules.
